Omega Funding, Inc welcomes broker participation. We protect our brokers and understand your vital role in the industry. 

You can be sure that we protect brokers but always make sure you have a signed exclusive fee agreement with the borrower. We prefer not to work with broker chains. In most loan just tell us how much your fee is and we will incorporate it in the deal.  You can have full access to the loan process or just pass a name and number to us with an executive summary and we will take care of the rest. We are not direct lenders for most of our programs, we are brokers. We work directly with our investors and private finance companies.   We have established preferred relationships with many of our lenders and pass on this service to you.  We do not print rate matrixes for our loans. BROKER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

On all Loans Commercial Property and Land Loans

  • 1003 on all borrowers
  • Tri Merge Credit Report
  • Executive Summary (due diligence on property, use of funds, History of Property, Surveys, Environmental Reports, Exit Strategy)
  • Copy of Appraisal if Already Ordered (we will have to order new appraisal in most cases)
  • Value? How did you come to value of the property? Comps, Appraisal, other.
  • Color Pictures of the Property.
  • For Commercial Developments we require Development Form Completed (please request form from broker@omegafund.com )
  • Other documentation may be required depending on loan program and property type.
  • For Large Development Loans. We need min: Business Plan, Detailed executive Summary, Pro-Formas, and Bios on Principals.
  • Inability to submit information required will delay processing your loan request.

Note to Brokers:

We will let you know ASAP if we want to proceed. We will let you know what documentation is needed to move forward.  If you are shopping your deals around or working with another broker we are not interested in reviewing your deal. If you are working in a broker chain we are not interested in your loan.  You must have direct contact with the borrower. In some cases we or our investors may have to talk with your borrowers.
